Flowers and Swirls Smocked Dress
This cute little dress is made from a quilters cotton fabric with flowers and swirls on it; I have added a bright green ruffle and straps that center in the dress and tie around the neck. What a great dress for summer!!
Dress is a size small or extra small.

Top opens to 32″, will be hemmed for buyer
