This cute striped sailor knit fabric has been in my stash for a long time and I kept hoarding it, trying to figure out what to make with it!  The tank has an off-white pleated neckline that would look great accented with a fabric flower.

The tank will best fit size small – medium.

Measurements, will best fit widest part of bust 32-36″
