Ordering Policies

Regarding returns: my policy is simple. If you are unsatisfied with the item, I will exchange it for something else in my store. I will only do returns for a store credit. Returns will only be accepted on items that have not been worn or washed, and they cannot have any stains or flaws that were not on them when they left my hands. Returns must be made within three days of your receiving the item, and we must have discussed the problem by email before you send it back to me. The customer must pay shipping on returns, except in the case that the item has a construction flaw that is my fault. Please be aware that I would NEVER send an item to you knowing that there was anything wrong with it. I take a lot of pride in my work. My clothes, bags and patches are constructed with care and are checked for flaws before I send them to you.  The key to any good business is honesty and pleasing the customer.  If you receive an item that you do not like, please email me right away so we can discuss further options.  I strive to make this business one of integrity!  Contact me at jenshipthreads@yahoo.com

Custom Orders: I will usually make custom orders, unless I happen to be super-way-busy at the time, then I will decline.  However, I really enjoy making custom orders, and love to hear your ideas.  Please email me and we can start the custom ordering process.  Contact me at jenshipthreads@yahoo.com

Trades:  I am open to trading if it is something I need/want.  If you are interested in a trade, send me an email and I will let you know.  It never hurts to ask!
