This funky squares satiny fabric has been
sitting in my stash for a
long time. I really love the insipiration that finally hit
when I created this set. The dress is smocked on top, with a
V-neck style strap that ties behind the neck.
The dress is really comfy, and great for spring
and summer! It could be worn with a petticoat underneath and
a sweater on top for
winter too, that would give it fullness and warmth.
This could be worn as a dress alone, with the matching skirt HERE
or even with jeans or a petticoat underneath!
Measurements
(will best fit XS, S, M)
Top smocked at smallest approx 26", and elastic stretches comfortably
to 42"
Length is currently 43 inches from armpit to hem of dress. Can be made
shorter if necessary.

This is SuCh a cute dress!!! I recently learned how to make a
smocked top, thanks to my friend, Libby. (see her shop here)
This cute little cotton sundress is made of a fun floral fabric, in
shades of purple, maroon, and tan. It is a fun smocked top,
with 1 inch straps that are thick enough to wear a bra with!
This little dress is great for the warm spring and summer months!
This
would also be
great for you PREGNANT mama's out there, it will GROW WTIH YOU!
And you could even wear it as a skirt!!!

I love this
dress ladies ~ the beautiful plum
hemp compliments the vintage 70s striped fabric on the bottom.
There is a bit of stretch to the striped fabric too ~ Very
comfy!
The top is plum hemp, with a fully lined bodice. On the
Inside of the bodice, i have added a ribbon, so you can adjust the
bodice on the inside. The dress can either say straight
V-neck (as shown in the pic to the left) OR, it can be scrunched down
and tied. (as shown in other picsm click pic to
left)
The body of the dress is made from this really cool & funky 70s
fabric with stripes in purples, pinks, blues, greens and
more! The back closes with a 4-loop closure, and the ribbon
laces
through the back panel as well This gives the dress an even
better range of adjustability! The dress is nice and short,
great for those hot summer months!

What a
cute retro dress!!! My
mom recently visited
us, and she and I made this cute little number from a vintage 70s
pattern. (Thanks
ma!) With a vintage
linen/blend print ~
so fun! I would
keep it, but it’s a little
small for me J The dress is made longer
than the pattern calls for, but can be hemmed to whatever measurement
you would
like, personally I think it would look great short!!!
The
dress has cute fitted sleeves, and a zipper closure in back. All seams are fully serged
and I have top
stitched where needed.

are approx. 12” inches around
Length:
will be hemmed to your measurements.
