Ordering:
I
currently have "buy it now" buttons set up, if you
have a payal account you can click on the button and follow the simple
steps.
Also, if you like and
item, and are interested in purchasing

If you are the first person to ask for the item then it’s
yours! I
need your method of payment, items you
would like to purchase, and your address!
I will respond
within 24 hours of your email and I will get you the total cost and how
you can get payment to me.
Please ask for the item
by the item’s Title
(name at the top of the item) so there is no confusion. I
will
hold your item for 10 days max
to receive your
payment (if you are mailing a check or money-order), however after that
time, I will re-list the item as available.
I do prefer Paypal, but I
also can accept personal checks
(which have to clear before the item is shipped) or money
orders. All
shipping is included in the item price
within the continental US, other orders I split shipping cost at
50%.
If you do use Paypal, I can get your item shipped to you the next
day. All prices on the site include shipping, unless you are
out
of the country, then there is an additional shipping
fee. I
prefer to send the item priority mail so that it gets there in 2-3
days, it will have a tracking number and shipping confirmation to be
sure it gets to your doorstep safe and sound! If you are
unsure

Regarding
returns: my policy is
simple. If
you are unsatisfied with the item, I will exchange it for something
else in my store. I will only do returns for a store credit. Returns
will only be accepted on items that have not
been
worn or washed, and they cannot have any stains or flaws that were not
on them when they left my hands. Returns must be made within three days
of your receiving the item, and we must
have
discussed the problem by email before you send it back to me. The
customer must pay shipping on returns, except in the case that the item
has a construction flaw that is my fault. Please be aware that I would
NEVER send an item to you knowing that there was anything wrong with
it. I take a lot of pride in my work. My clothes, bags and patches are
constructed with care and are checked for flaws before I send them to
you. The key to any good business is honesty and pleasing the
customer. If you receive an item that you do not like, please
email me right away so we can discuss further options. I
strive
to make this business one of integrity!
Custom
Orders: I will
usually make
custom orders, unless I happen to be super-way-busy at the time, then I
will decline. However, I really enjoy making custom orders,
and
love to hear your ideas. Please email me and we can start the
custom ordering process.
Trades:
I am open to trading if it is
something I need/want. If you are interested in a trade, send
me
an email and I will let you know. It never hurts to
ask!
Measurements:
If you are interested in
a custom order, or you want to know
if an item will fit you here is how you measure:
Dresses
and Tops:
For
bust size: grab a tape
measure and
measure around the fullest part of the bust. Not
bra
size! This, in inches, will be used to create your item or to
verify that a pre-made item will fit you. Most pre-made items
such as shirts and dresses have about a 10-inch range. If you
are
interested in a pre-made item and you are unsure if it will fit you,
please email me and we can discuss your options. jenshipthreads@yahoo.com
{Dresses will fit as
such: if the dress is smaller on you,
more back will be exposed if it is larger on you, less back will be
shown}
For
hem length: My
pre-made dresses
have measurements from under the armpit to the bottom of the dress in
inches. This will tell you how far the dress will fall on
you. Most pre-made dresses fit between
5’2-5’6
respectively. If you are much taller or shorter, please email

and we can discuss hemming a particular pre-made item, or doing a
custom-made item.
For skirts I usually ask
if you want to wear your skirt on
your hips or at your waist. This will be needed to
figure
out the correct hem length.
When I measure a skirt I
measure direct length from the top to
the bottom of the skirt, in inches. To find your hem length
grab
a tape measure and a friend and measure from where you want the top of
the clothing to be and where you want it to fall. (at your
toes,
ankles, etc.)
- For all items on the
site, I will put a fitting
range,
which is usually about 10 inches around at the bust for shirts and
dresses. However, this is not a set rule and if a pre-made
item
will only fit a smaller or larger figure I will add that info into the
items description.* Please make sure if you order a pre- made
item that it will fit you properly, if you have any questions about
this, please email me your concerns. I would rather not sell
an
item if it isn’t going to fit and look great on you!
